My mission is to provide safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental counselling where you can gain insight into your thoughts and behaviours, develop effective coping strategies, and achieve lasting positive change. As a CBT counsellor, my approach is rooted in the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, an evidence-based therapeutic model known for its effectiveness in helping individuals overcome a range of mental health challenges. Hello, I’m Marie, a counsellor dedicated to being the kind of supportive presence I wish I’d had when I was navigating life’s challenges. My passion lies in helping people of all ages discover their strengths, overcome obstacles, and become the best versions of themselves.
I believe that the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful change. My approach is grounded in trust, empathy, and genuine connection. Investment £60
I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to determine whether my services are the right fit for you.
Adult sessions are 50 minutes. Under 12's 40 minutes.
The child cost covers more than just individual therapy sessions with your child; it also includes ongoing support for you as parents. My goal is to make sure you feel informed, confident, and actively involved every step of the way. Real, lasting change happens when the whole family is supported.
To secure a session, please pay via BACS (bank transfer) or PayPal 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
How Many Sessions?
The number of sessions needed for therapy varies depending on individual circumstances and therapeutic goals. After our assessment, we can discuss how many sessions might be beneficial to help you progress from where you are at the beginning of therapy to where you want to be.
The most important thing is to make sure that the therapy is customised to your unique needs and that we collaborate to obtain the best results for you.
